We require a 3m x 3m outdoor space for our roasting machine and gazebo. Access must be wide enough for our heavy-duty equipment to wheel through safely.
Rain won't stop the crackling. We cook under heavy-duty, wind-resistant gazebos, ensuring the feast goes ahead perfectly regardless of typical British weather.

The roasting itself must happen outdoors due to fire regulations. However, we carve and serve indoors or outdoors depending on your venue setup.
